Illinois Innovations Now Awards hosted by the Addictions Policy Forum in Springfield on June 11th

 

The Sheriff, John Simonton, accepted the Illinois Innovations Now Award and Detective Jeff Ragan and Alison White, Program Coordinator, were presented.

 

Illinois Innovation Now Awards Ceremony

Addiction Policy Forum honored Illinois innovators changing the field of addiction at the Innovation Now Awards Ceremony. Addiction Policy Forum released its new report: Illinois Innovations to Address Addiction: Eight Innovative Solutions that are Transforming Addiction Prevention, Treatment and Recovery.

Addiction Policy Forum hosted nearly 50 people including State’s Attorney Mike Nerheim, United States Representatives Cheri Bustos’ and Adam Kinzinger’s staff, nurse practitioners, police officers, advocates, those in recovery and families impacted by addiction.
